Assessment & Evaluation

We offer focussed and detailed assessment of nearly all hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries and conditions. Our therapists all have post-graduate training in assessment of the upper limb.

As hand therapists, working under a hand therapy model, we have a cross training of both occupational and physical therapists so that each therapist is skilled in assessment for every patient. From finger tip injuries to shoulder trauma, patients can receive comprehensive assessment without the need to refer patients between therapists. Since we only evaluate the upper limb, we use several tools and assessments that are not commonly found in other clinics.

On average, our therapists have over 15 years of experience in assessment and evaluation of upper limb injuries and conditions. Our clinics do not employ new graduates as we believe skills with assessment and treatment can only develop with time and mentorship.
