Referrals can be made online, by fax, or by contacting one of our offices directly.

New clients are usually seen within one week of referral. We accept referrals from Orthopaedic and Plastic Surgeons, Family Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Other Health Care Professionals, and Self Referrals.
